Our work starts from the operation rather than from a product. We establish how goods and orders actually move, what the exceptions are, and which parts of the process people are holding together by hand. That requirement decides what is configured, what is built, and in what order — and it is the document the design, the testing, and the eventual acceptance are checked against.

Much of the fit comes from configuration: locations, storage and picking rules, roles, and workflows. Development covers what configuration cannot express. Where nothing existing suits the requirement at all, the system is specified and built from scratch.

The same company that scopes a project builds it, implements it, and supports it afterwards. That continuity is the point: fewer hand-offs between the people who understood the requirement and the people responsible for the system running on a Monday morning.
